A fixed price from your photos, and the job done in an afternoon.
One fixed price, $2,499, applies across melbourne metro and surrounds, and there is no travel charge inside the metro area. If you are further out, tell us your suburb. We will let you know whether we can get to you, and what travel adds, before you commit to anything.
You won't get a sales visit. Use the quote form to send photos of your water meter and the wall next to it, and we confirm your price, usually on the same day. We install Monday to Saturday. A licensed plumber takes two to three hours and finishes with a pressure test and a compliance certificate.
On the fitted Care Plan, your yearly cartridge change is booked on a set day for your area, alongside other homes nearby.

Three retailers share one network and deliver the same safe water.
Metropolitan Melbourne has three water companies. The north and east are with Yarra Valley Water. The south and south-east, Mornington Peninsula included, are with South East Water. The inner west and west are with Greater Western Water. Whichever one supplies you, the water is soft and safe to drink, with a small amount of chlorine to keep it safe in the pipes.
Retailer boundaries don't line up neatly with suburb names. Glen Waverley is Yarra Valley Water, for instance, but Rowville next door is South East Water. Your water bill names your retailer, and each one's figures are on our Melbourne water quality page.

Does it cost more if I live further from the city?
No. Anywhere in Melbourne metro, from Box Hill to Cranbourne, the price is $2,499. It only costs more when a site needs more than a standard installation, like a long pipe run from the meter, and we price that from your photos before you book.
What if my suburb isn't on the list?
We most likely still cover it. The list is the suburbs we have written about, not the limit of where we travel. Anywhere in Melbourne metro, we install. Send your suburb through the quote form and we will confirm.
Can you fit a system in an apartment?
Not a whole-home system. Apartments in larger buildings share one water supply and don't have a meter of their own. Townhouses and units with their own meter are no problem. In an apartment, an under-sink filter is the sensible choice.
