Upfront pricing with no hidden costs, a full refund until installation day, and a plumber who returns if the job is not right. Below is each promise Eco Purify Water makes, and how you can call on it.
- You know the price before you book
For a standard installation in Melbourne metro, you pay $2,499 installed, including GST. There is no call-out fee, and nothing gets added on the day.
Standard means three things: an accessible meter area, a 20 or 25 mm mains connection, and the cabinet within two metres of the meter. If your photos show your site needs extra work, we give you that cost before the booking is confirmed, and you are free to walk away with a full refund. See what the price covers.
- Your money back, right up to installation day
Paid and changed your mind? You get a full refund, provided the plumber has not started work.
When you book through the shop, you pay up front. Would you rather pay once the work is done? Ask us for a quote instead, then settle the invoice after the plumber has finished and the compliance certificate is yours.
- We stand behind the install
If anything is not right with the installation, we come back and fix it, free of charge.
A licensed plumber fits every system, pressure tests it before leaving and hands you a plumbing compliance certificate. If a joint weeps, a housing was not seated properly or the cabinet is not fixed square, that is on us to fix.
- 10 years on the filter housings
All three filter housings carry a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Cabinets, valves and gauges carry 2 years.
The housings are WaterMark certified to AS/NZS 3497. Cartridges are consumables and are not covered once used. That is why your first year of cartridges is included, and why the Care Plan exists.
- A longer warranty on the Care Plan
While your Care Plan is active, you have an extended warranty.
On the plan, a fresh cartridge set also reaches you before it is due, with a reminder two weeks ahead, so the system keeps doing the job you paid for. Cancel the plan and the extended warranty ends with it.
- No lock-in on the Care Plan
Cancel anytime. There is no contract to sit out and no fee to leave.
Use the link in any receipt email, or call us. Your plan carries on to the end of the year you have paid for, then stops without renewing. Unused cartridge sets in their original packaging can be sent back within 30 days for a refund, less return shipping.
- Straight advice, even if we lose the sale
If whole-home filtration is not what your home needs, we tell you, and point you to what would suit it better.
Melbourne mains water meets the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines and is safe to drink. If better drinking water at the kitchen tap is all you are after, an under-sink filter costs less. If fluoride is the concern, carbon will not remove it, and we will explain what will.

How do I claim on the guarantee?
Ring 0495 105 496 or email info@ecopurifywater.com.au. Give us your order number and tell us, or show us with a photo, what is wrong. Someone answers calls 24/7. If a plumber needs to come out, we book it for you.
Do I still have my Australian Consumer Law rights?
Yes, in full. Our goods and services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, and nothing here reduces them. What we promise on this page sits on top. The binding wording lives on our refunds and warranty and terms of sale pages.
What falls outside the guarantee?
Used cartridges, and site work beyond a standard installation, which we always price for you before you book. If cartridges never get changed, water still flows, but filtering drops off. That is normal wear rather than a fault.
What if I sell my home?
The system stays put with the house. Your Care Plan can be cancelled, or passed to the new owner.
