Change of mind
Installed systems can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the installation date. Care Plan cartridge sets can be returned unused and in original packaging within 30 days for a refund less return shipping.
Workmanship guarantee
If something is not right with the installation, we come back and fix it at no charge.
Product warranty
Filter housings carry a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Cabinets, valves and gauges carry a 2 year warranty. Cartridges are consumables and are not covered once used. Care Plan members receive an extended warranty while the plan is active.
