- The 20 inch housings and 25 mm connections are big enough that pressure holds up with the shower, dishwasher and garden tap all running together.

- The housings sit inside a tidy, enclosed cabinet that keeps the sun and rain off and looks at home on your wall.
- Gauge and bypass valve
- One look at the pressure gauge tells you when a change is coming up. The bypass keeps your water running while the cartridges are swapped.

- The housings are WaterMark certified to AS/NZS 3497, and the install meets Australian plumbing standards, with a compliance certificate to show for it. They also come with a 10 year warranty.
- Easy to look after
- Most Melbourne homes need one cartridge change a year. With the Care Plan we send a reminder and the new set, and on the fitted plan our plumber does the change for you.
How the three stages work together.
Every stage has its own job, and each one shields the stage after it. It's the reason cartridges go a full year, and why your water on day 300 matches what you had on day one.

Sediment
Traps the grit
First, a 5 micron pleated cartridge captures sand, silt, rust and other suspended particles. Stopping them early helps the finer cartridges last longer.
Stage 2
Carbon
Cuts chlorine taste and smell
Next, activated carbon brings down chlorine, off tastes and odours, along with the organic compounds that change how your water smells.
Stage 3
Carbon block
Adds the final polish
Last comes a dense carbon block that finishes the job, so every tap in the house delivers clear, consistent water.

What happens on installation day.
Most installs take two to three hours. Stay home or head out, and we will text you once we are finished. Our delivery and installation page sets out what a standard install covers.
